Vincent Koech is the Deputy Director Kenya National Leaners Record Database (KNLRD) and also the Head of ICT at KNQA. He holds an MSc. in Computer from UoN and BSc. ICT from JKUAT. With over 15 years’ experience in the field of ICT, his professional career development includes MCITP, CCNA, QMS, ISMS, M&E & ToT. In the ICT Department he is tasked with the management of hardware, software, systems, networks, databases, firewalls and cloud services. He is a member of the Institution of Engineering & Technology and has taught at several Universities including JKUAT, TUK, MKU and Kisii University. He spends most of his time strategizing around Artificial Intelligence, BIG Data, Block chain Technology, Cloud Computing and Internet of Things.
