  • KNQA Council Convenes to Review Draft KNQF Regulations 2025 Following Nationwide Public Participation
Review of the Kenya National Qualifications Framework (KNQF) Regulations, 2025:
The Kenya National Qualifications Authority (KNQA) recently held a forum in Machakos County, bringing together its Council members to review the Kenya National Qualifications Framework (KNQF) Regulations, 2025.
The event was officially opened by Hon. Stanley Kiptis, Chairperson of the KNQA Council. Other Council members and a section of the KNQA staff were also in attendance.
The proposed Regulations aim to standardize and recognize qualifications, promoting greater portability and mobility across sectors. The Authority has just concluded a series of public participation forums held across the country, intended to gather public input and shape the Regulations. These forums enabled diverse stakeholders to share valuable insights, contributing to the development of more effective and inclusive policies.
In addition, the Authority has submitted the proposed Regulations to the National Assembly’s Committee on Delegated Legislation, which has reviewed the Draft Kenya National Qualifications Framework (General) Regulations, 2025, ahead of publication.

We understand the importance of approaching each work integrally and believe in the power of simple.
