Dr. Winnie Bulimo is the Deputy Director in charge of Standards Assessment and Quality Assurance (SAQA) at KNQA. She holds a doctorate degree in Educational Planning and Management from Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology, a Masters in Educational Planning and Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Education. Dr. Bulimo is a member of Education Management Society of Kenya. Prior to joining KNQA, Dr. Bulimo worked as a Regional Training Coordinator at Kenya Education Management Institute (KEMI) and later joined TVET sector and served at the position of Deputy Director Technical Education.
