Mr. Biegon is in charge of Strategy, Planning and Performance Management Department at the Authority. He was appointed in May 2025. Prior to this role, he served as a Senior Strategic Planning Officer under the Planning, Research, Outreach, and Policy Department. Alfrick is currently pursuing his Master of Science in Project Management at Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT) and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Maasai Mara University. He successfully completed the Supervisory Skills Course from Kenya School of Government.
