Today, a consultative meeting was held between the Kenya National Qualifications Authority (KNQA) and the Kenya National Innovation Agency (KeNIA), led by Dr. Alice Kande, CEO of KNQA, and Dr. Tonny K. Omwansa, CEO of KeNIA. The engagement focused on mainstreaming innovation within KNQA operations, with particular emphasis on the Public Service Innovation Maturity Framework (PSIMF) and the development of an Institutional Innovation Master Plan. Discussions explored strengthening innovation governance, enhancing institutional capacity, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement in public service delivery. The meeting reaffirmed the commitment of both institutions to collaborative action aimed at advancing innovation-led transformation across the public sector.
